Technical Customer Success

We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success to join our team. In this role, you will facilitate the communication between the sales and engineering teams and assist in technical activities related to customer matters. As a single-function, you’ll have the opportunity to build this field in the company and grow with the organization.

Responsibilities:
Technical Deployment and Integration:

  • Lead the technical deployment process for new customers, ensuring smooth setup, configuration, and integration of our cyber security systems.
  • Reproduce customer environments on internal cloud infrastructures to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during and after implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction and system performance.

Customer Engagement and Support:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor for technical matters. Understand their unique goals and challenges and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Communicate with R&D teams to support and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of technical service.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to improve product performance.
  • Continuous monitoring and technical troubleshooting of the implemented systems.
  • Engage in technical conversations with the sales team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Field Application Engineer, or similar role in the technology industry.
  • Knowledge of common networking, security protocols, and applications.
  • Knowledge of Linux Systems and virtualization technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software deployment, including Kubernetes (K8S), Docker, and bash scripting.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructures such as GCP, AWS, and ESXi.
  • Demonstrated experience with network systems deployments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to operate in settings with strong confidentiality and data privacy protocols.
