The best candidate will have demonstrated experience developing a regional channel strategy, have been successful in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners, as well as evaluating the technology benefits. The Director will work closely with the Cervello sales, marketing, and technical teams to build a strong pipeline of incremental channel-led business to ensure continued growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment. You will be passionate about selling and helping advance innovative solutions with distributors, resellers, system integrators, OEM partners, and MSSPs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a channel partner strategy according to regions
- Engage and attract targeted and specific channel partners
- Ongoing management of channel and technology partner relationships
- Work effectively with Cervello’s sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Meet / Exceed channel-specific Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s)
- Attend industry trade shows and security-related conferences in support of activities
- Play an active role in driving growth in a winning, team-oriented, hyper-responsive culture
- Must be able to create and deliver strong presentations
- Other duties as assigned by CEO or COO to perform this job successfully
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of partnership/channel development experience
- High performer who goes above & beyond
- Can demonstrate strong relationships with channel partners in different regions
- Can demonstrate experience building and/or managing a regional channel strategies with a software vendor (ideally in IT / IoT / OT Security)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, colleagues, and customers on a daily basis (mainly in English)
- Willingness to travel extensively (often with short notice)
- Proven revenue track record of quota achievement with reseller and SI partnerships
- SaaS and cybersecurity sales experience preferred
