Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries from marketing, online, and conferences
- Identify key individuals within strategic accounts, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales process
- Nurture new leads by educating and developing prospects until they are sales-ready
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales KPIs
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent written and verbal English skills – Must (additional foreign language skills are a big advantage)
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience with Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Outreach, Discovering, or other common sales productivity tools
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex issues clearly and to learn new technologies quickly
- Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
- A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with sales
- Experience with cybersecurity or railways – a huge advantage
